Terms of service

One account can both buy and sell. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Only post outfits you actually own and are wearing yourself. Every post needs a proof photo, which our moderators review before it goes live. We can reject a post, take one down later, or remove your posting privileges if you break these terms.

Buy links must go to a real shop selling that item. Broken, misleading or unsafe links can get a fit rejected, taken down, or reported by buyers for review.

Unlocking a fit costs points or a one-time payment and reveals every item in that post. Once unlocked, that fit stays unlocked for your account, including if the seller later edits it. If a seller takes a fit down, buyers who already unlocked it keep access.

Points can be bought in the wallet and are spent unlocking fits. Sellers earn points when someone unlocks their fit and can request a cash payout once they reach the minimum balance. We review payout requests before paying them; a rejected request refunds the points.

Payments in this app are for demonstration purposes and are not processed by a live payment provider yet.

No content that is not genuinely yours, no misleading items or prices, and nothing illegal, hateful or sexually explicit. Reported fits are reviewed and can be removed.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. Content tied to purchases other people made (their unlock history, your posted fits) stays for record-keeping, shown under an anonymous name.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use SpillTheFits after an update means you accept the new terms.
